Nancy joined our staff in June of 2008. She was the Controller for 21 years at Bradenton Country Club, as well as the Assistant manager. Recently employed by a CPA firm, Nancy is excited to return to the country club environment.

Ron Moore

Ron was born in Cocoa Beach, Florida and has been on the River Wilderness team since 2003.  Ron previously spent 6 years at Burnt Store Golf and Country Club and has been in the industry since 1982.  Ron is married to Rose and they have two children, Kyle and Heather. 

Executive Chef

Our Executive Chef, Vincent Colaiocco,joined our staff in the fall of 2008. Vince started with River Wilderness in September 2008.  He’s the son of a Chef and has been in the business since he was 15.  Originally from New Jersey, he now lives right here in Parrish.  Along with dedicating his time to being a Chef, Vince is also a professional musician and photographer.
